Mary Washington Eye Center
A new 3,000 square foot medical office space within the Cosner Corner Medical Office Park is currently underway in Fredericksburg, VA. The project includes a full optical shop, procedure and exam rooms, lab and Lasik surgery center.

Chesterfield Optometric
RVA will complete a 6,000 square foot addition and renovation to an existing optometry office. The new office will contain a full optical shop, procedure and exam rooms, and lab.

A ribbon cutting ceremony is scheduled for Thursday, April 16, from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m.

Northside Family Life Center

A joint effort between the Robbins Foundation and the Better Housing Coalition, RVA will construct a new 21,000 square foot home for the North Side Family Life Center, which helps families prepare their children to enter school healthy and ready to learn.  The center will be built in a previously vacant space on Chamberlain Avenue as part of the Northside revitalization, and will carry a LEED Gold certification, the second highest rating for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design by the U.S. Green Building Council.  The project is expected to begin in July 2009.

Cosner Corner Medical Office Building

RVA has been awarded a new medical office in Fredericksburg, Virginia.  The 42,000 square foot building construction will include shell and full tenant build-out.  Completion is scheduled for September 2009.

Virginia Partners Bank of Fredericksburg

The first branch for Virginia Partners Bank will be located at 410 Williams Street in Fredericksburg, Virginia.  The 8,800 square foot project is scheduled for completion in Fall 2009.
