Our work included the construction of two (2) design-build, concrete, tilt-up buildings of 50,000sf and 75,000sf and 18ft clear heights. Both buildings were constructed as flex office-warehouse with multiple-bays, loading docks, high density sprinkler and continuous storefront entrances.
