We operate on a single point of contact model. RVA’s Project Manager does both the pre-construction services and building construction. This provides continuity from conception through design and into construction and project close-out. This approach pays off with fewer errors, a shorter construction schedule and a better-built facility.
RVA uses industry-leading computerized contract management, accounting and scheduling software to assist in providing superior project management.
