David DuVal

A recent addition to the RVA Construction team, David has worked in the construction industry for over 25 years. Originally from Phoenix, Arizona, David started his career in residential construction but moved to Richmond to begin working in commercial construction.

David worked in several different commercial trades as an Estimator and Estimating Manager early on in his career. After gaining some experience in the field, he began working directly for general contractors as an Estimator.

David is an expert in client relations, and he can reliably develop and maintain relationships with his partners, clients, and colleagues. He works with his team and clients to develop detailed cost estimates for projects while prioritizing cost management and risk mitigation.

As he grows with the RVA Construction team, David is looking forward to assisting on several different projects and working with many of RVA Construction’s clients.
