Jon Dzielak

Jon joined the RVA Construction team recently and brings with him over 20 years of construction experience. Prior to coming to RVA Construction, Jon was responsible for some prominent hi-rise, downtown historic adaptive reuse projects. He also has extensive experience with a diverse mix of types of construction, including multifamily, large-scale MEP for critical facilities, industrial, medical, historic tax credit, and adaptive-reuse. Not only has he worked in several different areas of construction, Jon has also worked on several delivery methods as well, such as PPV, design/build, CM, and more traditional lump sum and GMP.

As the Director of Construction Management, Jon’s primary goal is to ensure project success for all parties by supporting the project managers and making sure each client’s goals are kept at the forefront throughout the project lifecycle.

In addition to his two decades of experience, Jon is also OSHA 30, LEED AP, USACE QCQA, and RLD Certified. He’s also a part of the Brightpoint Construction Management Advisory Board and ACE Mentor program.

Outside of construction, Jon enjoys being an adult leader in BSA Troop 521 and a coach on the Henrico Composite Mountain Bike team. He’s also been a certified whitewater kayak and swift water rescue instructor.
