Smith + McClane Architects was established in 2001 by Patrick W. McClane, AIA and Edward A. Smith III, AIA. Located in historic Linden Tower in downtown Richmond, Smith + McClane Architects is a small, service-oriented office dedicated to high quality design and well-crafted building with an emphasis on continuity from architectural design through the construction process. The firm provides a variety of services from planning and architectural design consultation to full architectural services. Mr. McClane received his Bachelor of Design in Architecture in 1988 from the University of Florida and his Master of Architecture in 1991 from the University of Virginia.
