Ken Griffith

Ken brings over 25 years of experience in the construction industry to his role as Project Superintendent on the RVA Construction team. As a superintendent, he oversees his construction sites and manages the logistics of each project. Ken’s responsibilities include the organization of project material delivery, the coordination of the project’s team, the assurance of proper safety standards on the site, and the coordination of the project’s schedule and budget.

Ken’s expertise spans many industries, including commercial, hospitality, institutional, medical, and retail. He is Registered Land Disturber (RLD) certified, and his skills as an accomplished superintendent on job sites are reflected in his ability to balance customer feedback and project goals with the details to deliver the best possible outcomes on a daily basis.

He’s OSHA 30 Certified, First Aid and CPR Certified, and he’s a Nucor CICP Certified Installer for pre-engineered metal buildings.
