Luck Stone Scale Houses – Boscobel

Luck Stone is the country’s largest, family-owned and operated producer of crushed stone, sand, and gravel. RVA Construction built its scale houses, which sit at the entry to the company’s stone yard. The houses double as a scale to weigh incoming and outgoing truckloads, and also serves as the first representation of the Luck Stone brand upon entry of the plant. It was crucial that the houses were constructed of durable and easy-to-maintain materials to support the heavy truckloads, while also appearing clean and reflective of the Luck Stone mission and brand. Following their newly refined core values, the scale houses became embodiments of Leadership, Integrity, Commitment, and Creativity.
