Mike Buzzard

Mike brings 30+ years of experience in construction leadership to his role as a Project Superintendent at RVA Construction. With a knack for building cohesive teams, connecting with clients, and garnering support from materials suppliers, his ability to manage multiple projects for a client at the same time is unparalleled. His highly responsive problem-solving skills come in handy often, especially when working through unforeseen on-site conditions and avoiding cost overruns.

While working at RVA, Mike has earned repeat work with many clients, including the University of Richmond, Luck Stone, and Mary Washington Healthcare. His extensive portfolio covers several different industry sectors and consists of projects like Lawrence Dodge, Bassett Furniture, the Hindu Center of Virginia, and Glen Allen High School. Mike has also led projects with Mary Washington Healthcare (Wound Center), Richmond Allergy & Asthma, Virginia Cancer Institute, and The Veterans Administration Client-Based Outpatient Care Center.

Mike is OSHA 30 Certified, ABC First Aid and CPR Certified, DCR Storm Water Prevention Plan Certified, and trained as an AGC Construction Supervisor.
