David joined our team in June of 2024 as the Director of Preconstruction. He brings with him over 25 years of experience, as well as a background in both residential and commercial construction. David is originally from Phoenix, AZ. He moved to Richmond to pursue his professional career as an Estimator and Estimating Manager for different commercial trades. David later stepped into working directly for general contractors.
David is not only knowledgeable about the construction industry, but he’s also an expert in client relations. He can reliably develop and maintain relationships with partners, clients, and team members. He works with colleagues and clients to develop detailed cost estimates for projects with cost management and risk mitigation in mind.
We’re looking forward to having David on our team at RVA Construction, and we’re excited for him to assist our team in continuing to provide excellent customer service and to help our clients achieve their project goals.
