Jon joined our team earlier this month as the Director of Construction Management. He brings with him over 20 years of industry experience, which includes working with an extremely diverse mix of construction types, including multifamily, large-scale MEP for critical facilities, industrial, medical, historic tax credit, and adaptive-reuse.
By combining his background in construction with his degree in Building Construction from Virginia Tech, Jon is already able to offer a wealth of knowledge to the RVA Construction team.
Before taking on his current role with us at RVA Construction, Jon was responsible for some prominent high-rise, downtown historic adaptive reuse projects, as well as over 2M square feet of ground-up industrial buildings. He also worked with his team to complete the construction of over 3,000 single and multifamily units, and he constructed a 3-million-gallon thermal energy storage tank, a fuel oil storage facility for a VA hospital in CT, critical systems for the FAA, and sterile storage facilities for several VA hospitals in the North East.
We’re excited for Jon to help take our team to the next level by ensuring we continue to prioritize exceptional customer service and top-notch safety procedures in all that we do.
