Dogtown Brewery

RVA Construction proudly completed the transformation of the historic Thalhimers department store building in Old Town Manchester into Dogtown Brewing Co., a dynamic new brewery and mix-use development. Brewery Conversion: The ground floor was completely renovated to house Dogtown Brewing Co., featuring a full-service brewery, taproom, and restaurant space designed to accommodate patrons with an inviting and industrial-modern aesthetic. The upper levels of the building were repurposed to include 12 contemporary apartments. A rooftop deck and outdoor seating were integrated to provide patrons with scenic views of the city.
