RVA Construction, Inc. converted the existing Chick-fil-A into a BBQ restaurant including extensive interior and exterior renovations, MEP modifications, a new queue line, smoker installation, and a new serving counter. Construction took place while the park was operational. The restaurant was closed to guests, however, logistics had to be coordinated during off-hours. Some finishes were matched and restored such as custom flooring.
