The Jefferson Hotel

RVA Construction completed an interior renovation of 210 guest rooms within the historic, 118-year-old Jefferson Hotel. The renovations included redesigning floor plans, installing new finishes and bathrooms, and updating the building’s HVAC, electrical, lighting, and technology. The hotel is also Virginia Green certified.

The Jefferson Hotel also showcases 3 luxurious, ADA-accessible options for its guests: (1) Accessible Grand Premier King Room, (2) Accessible Grand Premier Queen Room, and (3) Accessible Ginter Suite. Because The Jefferson was listed in the Virginia Landmarks Register (VLR) in 11/05/1968 and the National Register of Historic Places (NRLP) on 6/04/1969, RVA Construction was required to follow unique specifications to preserve the hotel’s status while maintaining the brand’s opulence. Despite its modern updates, The Jefferson remains a National Historic Landmark for all to enjoy.
