Wingate Hotel

RVA Construction worked with NBJ Architecture to construct an elegant, modern, and fully-equipped hotel for Wyndham Hotels. This five-story building was constructed with concrete, structural steel, a hollow core plank, a steel frame, and an EIFS veneer. The EIFS veneer, or an exterior insulation and finishing system veneer, is an energy-friendly building exterior that plays a part in LEED accreditation for green projects. The hotel also includes a basement and precast parking deck below ground. The Wingate Hotel can host up to 150 event guests between its 2,200 square feet of event space and 4 meeting rooms. The hotel also offers its guests a state-of-the-art indoor pool with temperature controls and accommodations for physical disabilities.
