Anthony Hatcher

Anthony has been a part of the RVA Construction team for 7 years and has brought with him over 40+ years of construction experience.

As the Director of Operations, Anthony’s primary goal is to train and grow RVA Construction’s employees. He skillfully assists our teams with project start-up, scheduling, and planning, and he’s always the first to help troubleshoot and solve any problems that pop up. Anthony also oversees our safety policy and ensures that our teams are following all the necessary protocols and are distributed appropriately between projects. His attention to detail and dedication to high-quality results are unmatched and shine through consistently in his daily work.

During his time at RVA Construction, Anthony has worked on several projects, including the Jefferson Hotel Guest Room renovations, Jefferson Hotel Clock Tower restoration, Stafford Hospital Medical Office Building addition, and Dogtown Brewery. With several historic projects and building renovations under his belt, Anthony knows how to successfully execute clients’ visions without damaging the integrity of existing buildings. Skills like these are difficult to perfect, and they make Anthony an invaluable part of the RVA Construction team.

In addition to his decades of experience, Anthony is also OSHA 30 Certified, First Aid, CPR, and AED Certified, and has earned the Lean Construction Certificate of Management.
