Steve Staples has over 38 years of experience in the construction industry, including more than 17 years working with RVA’s president. He started out in the sheetrock trade with his brother and expanded to other parts of the industry over the years before ultimately taking on the role of Project Superintendent at RVA Construction. In his role, Steve expertly manages all of the activities happening on our construction sites. His deep understanding of all the components of a project and his talent for project management both come in handy as he works to keep all of our projects on schedule and within budget.
Steve has completed multiple successful projects in his career and consistently works for some of our biggest clients, including Luck Stone. Steve earns a high level of respect from all clients because he applies pacesetting leadership to meet deadlines, achieve program requirements, and maximize added value to each project.
He is OSHA 30 Certified, First Aid and CPR Certified, a Nucor CICP Certified Installer for pre-engineered metal buildings, and is trained as a forklift and man lift operator.
During his leisure time, Steve enjoys riding motorcycles, racing cars, and fishing.
