University of Richmond Student Activities Complex

The University of Richmond (UofR) Student Activities Complex is a greenfield development that features eight cottages for the university’s sororities. The cottages are single-story, wood-framed buildings with masonry veneer and simulated shingle roofing. Each cottage includes a kitchen, a group meeting space, a conference room, and custom finishes. The Activities Center within the complex contains a catering kitchen, meeting rooms, and conference facilities, and it acts as a space to promote fitness and other student recreation activities.
